Introducing the Montana Labelle Lifestyle Styling Service. Through this program you work with the Lifestyle team to get that extra support needed to refresh or re-design your space. We offer two levels of support based on your needs: a curated accessory package, or a full design package with time from our design team.

With the purchase of a $2,500 gift card to our lifestyle shop, applied to your product selection, you receive a customized Lifestyle Accessory Package for your space:
- A 30-minute intake call to learn about the space and your personal style, and review photos.
- A customized Lifestyle Accessory Package: a digital package of items from our Lifestyle shop that work perfectly together in your chosen space.
- A 30-minute package review call to review the package and make final selections.
- Concierge support from the Lifestyle team to order the Lifestyle items and coordinate delivery and shipping.
Level two
Lifestyle Package + 15 design hours

For those who need that extra bit of design support to execute on their vision. In addition to the $2,500 gift card to our lifestyle shop, you receive 15 hours of time from our design team:
- A 30-minute intake call to learn about the space and your personal style, and review photos.
- A customized Lifestyle Package: a design package of items from our Lifestyle shop and external brands that work cohesively in your space.
- A 30-minute initial package review.
- A customized floor plan and shopping list: a to-scale floor plan of your space with the selected product, plus a curated shopping list of Lifestyle and external product.
- A 30-minute final package review of the floor plan, final design package and shopping list.
- Concierge support from the Lifestyle team to order the Lifestyle items and coordinate delivery and shipping.

We create a customized package of pieces that work together in your space. At Level two, it also includes external brands, a to-scale floor plan and a curated shopping list.

Review & delivery
Review calls to finalize your selections, then concierge support to order the Lifestyle items and coordinate delivery and shipping.

What currency are the prices in?
Both levels are priced in the local currency of where your project takes place.
How does the $2,500 gift card work?
The gift card is for our lifestyle shop and is applied to your product selection. It is included at both levels.
What is the difference between the two levels?
Level one gives you a customized Lifestyle Accessory Package of pieces from our Lifestyle shop. Level two adds 15 hours of time from our design team: a design package that can include external brands, a to-scale floor plan of your space and a curated shopping list.
What do I need to provide for a floor plan?
For Level two, proper floor plans or measurements of your space must be provided by you.
How are the pieces ordered and delivered?
The Lifestyle team supports you in ordering the Lifestyle items and coordinates delivery and shipping. All orders ship tracked: within Canada by Canada Post or FedEx, and to the US and internationally by FedEx or DHL. In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days. For international orders, import duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will made-to-order pieces take?
Lead times are quoted as production time only and do not include transit; please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for delivery. Made-to-order lighting currently ships in 8–10 weeks.
Can I return or exchange pieces?
We accept returns within seven days of receipt, for exchange or store credit only. Items must be unused and in new condition. Made-to-order, sale and custom items are final sale. See our shipping & returns policy for full details.
