Lighting questions

How long does lighting take to arrive?

Pieces marked Ready to ship leave our studio within 5–7 business days. Everything else is made to order once you order and ships in 8–10 weeks, unless the product page states a different lead time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, by FedEx, DHL or Canada Post. Prices are shown in your local currency, and duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient. Shipping and returns

What are the lights made of, and can I paint them?

Most of our sconces and ceiling lights are cast in matte white plaster, which you can paint to match your walls. The Flume wall lights are made of cloth and the Luna shade is linen. Each product page lists the exact materials, dimensions and wiring.

How do I care for plaster lighting?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Plaster is porous, so keep it away from water and cleaning sprays; small marks can be touched up with paint. Hardwired lights should be installed by a licensed electrician.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Can I return a piece?

Unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Made-to-order, custom and sale pieces are final sale. Read the full policy
