Shipping & Returns

All lead times shown throughout the website are estimates through third party shipping companies. Montana Labelle Lifestyle is not responsible for any delays.

Returns are possible in the result of damaged, or defective merchandise only.  All other returns will be be handled on a case by case basis.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

International Shipping

Most shipping quotes are quoted at checkout. For heavy, custom and fragile items shipping quotes will be provided after purchase. Please reach out to our concierge team prior to purchase if you would like to understand the costs ahead of time. Shipping rates includes insurance unless otherwise specified. Customs duties are not included.

Any customs charges or import duty on international orders are the buyers responsibility. These fees are not included or covered by Montana Labelle Design and/or Lifestyle. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these charges.

US import regulations require the collection of the federal tax ID or SSN of the receiver of cross border shipments passing through US customs. A member of the concierge team will reach out in advance of shipment to collect the necessary information. All information is private and will only be used for customs purposes. 

Large Furniture & Handling Fees

Larger furniture items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and location in which the item is being shipped. 

On certain furniture items, you will be contacted by our concierge team after the order has been placed. At that time delivery will be confirmed along with a quote for associated  shipping costs. Should you wish to confirm shipping costs in advanced, please email concierge@montanalabelle.com.

All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after the product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Montana Labelle Design will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
