Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

*Due to restrictions and global delays from COVID-19, please expect longer than normal delivery and processing times. We thank you for your patience during this time and will do our best to have orders fulfilled as fast as possible.*

*Holiday 2020 Return & Exchange Policy: All sale and promotion items are finale sale. Gifts are available for exchange or store credit until January 7, 2021. Following this time, the normal policy will apply as noted below. 

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or store credit. Please contact concierge@montanalabelle.com for any questions regarding an exchange or recent order.

All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom orders, art, furniture, rugs, vintage, exclusive drop pieces and sale items are final sale. Discount and Trade codes cannot be used on sale items or combined with other discount codes. They can only be used at time of checkout.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

International Shipping

We ship domestically across Canada and internationally to the United States. If you are outside these countries please contact us. Unless noted otherwise, the buyer pays for shipping. Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified. Customs duties are not included.

Any customs charges or import duty on international orders are the buyers responsibility. These fees are not included or covered by Montana Labelle Design. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these charges.

US import regulations require the collection of the federal tax ID or SSN of the receiver of cross border shipments passing through US customs. A member of the concierge team will reach out in advance of shipment to collect the necessary information. All information is private and will only be used for customs purposes. 

Large Furniture & Handling Fees

Larger furniture items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and location in which the item is being shipped. 

On certain furniture items, you will be contacted by our concierge team after the order has been placed. At that time delivery will be confirmed along with a quote for associated  shipping costs. Should you wish to confirm shipping costs in advanced, please email concierge@montanalabelle.com.

All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after the product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Montana Labelle Design will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
