Hardware questions
How long does hardware take to arrive?
In-stock finishes ship within 5–7 business days. When a finish is out of stock it is made to order and ships in 6–8 weeks, unless the product page states a different lead time.
What are the knobs and handles made of?
Our knobs, handles, hooks, towel bars and toilet paper holders are cut from natural marble and stone, so the veining and tone vary from piece to piece. Each product page lists the stone, sizes and finish options.
How do I care for stone hardware?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral soap, then dry. Avoid acidic, abrasive or bleach-based cleaners, which can etch natural stone.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, by FedEx, DHL or Canada Post. Prices are shown in your local currency, and duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient. Shipping and returns
